Self-Service Offer Creation & Management (SSOCM)

SSOCM is an internal business tool used by teams such as Go-to-Market and Sales to create and manage offers, trials, promotions, and campaigns across Adobe product families. The tool was originally developed by a small group of engineers with limited UI/UX support, resulting in a complex and difficult user experience. I joined the project to redesign and elevate the user experience, enabling teams to create and process promotions more efficiently and with greater confidence. To address the complexity of the workflows, I designed a guided wizard that walks users through each step of creating offers, promotions, and campaigns in a clear and structured manner. The examples shown highlight a selection of some of the workflows made possible through the new UI I designed and implemented.
