Commerce: Promos
While in the Commerce department, I assisted with pre-purchase sales design both for individual and team customers. The following is a journey for a specific type of promotion offered by Adobe on the team licensed products. Deals or offers were key to promote new or existing products at Adobe. The standard $/% discounts are always popular for individual customers, so more creative measures took place in order to promote teams, using promotions on licenses. The presentation below highlights the introduction of a special promotion, called "Bookend" or also known as a tiered promotion, for example, the more licenses purchased the better the savings.
