Commerce: Wallet

Like most subscription-based companies with an e-commerce platform, Adobe allows customers to manage their payment methods through their account. I contributed to enhancing this experience by supporting and redesigning the existing "Wallet" feature. The core functionalities I worked on included adding new payment methods, editing existing ones, and switching between saved options. Wallet also alerted customers if there was a payment issue. Over time, support for additional payment types was introduced across multiple regions. The Wallet component also began to appear in other key workflows beyond subscription management—most notably in the final step of the Checkout flow—providing customers with greater flexibility and a more seamless payment experience. ​Browse my work below.
