Project Portfolio Manager

Another example of a key project within IT was the Project Portfolio Manager (PPM). This particular assignment involved improving the user experience of an existing internal IT application which included more than one, in order for managers to create, assess priority and allocate resources for any projects within IT. Our job for UX was to simplify the process and aggregate jumping from multiple applications into one. This effectively cut down time from beginning to end of an assignment. It also brought the application up to the then current brand within IT and modernized the design so as not to look dated. Browse my work below.
