Metrics Dashboard

This is the Operational Process Metrics (OPM) dashboard done for Adobe within IT. The OPM dashboard displayed standard customer subscription management workflows, monitoring the health and activity of 'Edit billing', 'Processing orders' or 'Subscription case volumes as examples. It also gave a behind the scenes workings of a standard customer subscription management workflows, with all the servers and paths used to create those flows. Browse my work below.
