
Remedy Lite
Remedy Lite is an internal application used for ticket and incident creation and management within the Adobe organization. This project focused on redesigning an existing internal help desk tool and applying modern UX principles to improve usability and efficiency. When employees require assistance, the IT Help Desk starts through this system. The initial screens shown represent the legacy application, which remains the system of record and continues to operate as the source of truth. My work introduced a 'lighter version of the tool as a streamlined companion. The redesigned interface modernizes the UI, simplifies workflows, and is optimized for mobile use, enabling help desk staff to create and manage tickets more efficiently while maintaining full alignment with the existing system.
